Varsity Blues Danielle Greene (Gananoque, ON) was named the OUA female athlete of the week for her incredible performance during the week of October 15-21.

Greene won her second straight individual title and helped the women’s golf team to a second-place finish at the OUA golf championships at Royal Ottawa Golf Club.

The Physical Education and Health (BPEH) major came from six strokes behind to win the championship by four strokes, finishing with a fantastic final round of 76. Greene, the 2007 OUA Most Valuable Golfer and OUA first-team all-star, has now won or tied for first place in an astonishing four straight events, and never placed lower than fourth in any event.
