Dean's student leadership awards: Call for NominationsNomination Form (Word)
- The Centre for Leadership Training and Education is pleased to announce a call for nominations for the Dean's Student Leadership Awards.
- Both nominator and seconder must be members of the Faculty of Physical Education and Health.

The Dean's Student Leadership Awards recognize University of Toronto students who demonstrate outstanding leadership in the programs of the Faculty of Physical Education and Health.
To be awarded on the basis of:
- Full or part-time student of the University of Toronto
- Outstanding volunteer contribution within the Faculty
- Outstanding volunteer work in the community as a representative of the Faculty
- Outstanding quality of work and commitment to the committee or task
- Demonstrated leadership and pursuit of the mission of the Faculty
- Recognized by peers through election/selection to posts and has justified this faith through the performance of the tasks
The male and female winners contributing the most to the administration of co-curricular programs will be named the Hill Powell and Mac McCutcheon honourees. The winner contributing the most to the work of CAR Council and its committees will be named the Kirkwood honouree.
All award winners will be invited to a Deans’ luncheon on March 18, 2010 and receive a certificate recognizing their achievements. Winners of the Kirkwood, Hill-Powell and McCutcheon awards will also be recognized at the Intercollegiate Banquet. There is no financial component to these awards.
Kirkwood Award -- This award is presented to a student member of the U of T Council on Athletics and Recreation or one of its sub-committees or task forces in recognition of a substantial contribution to the work of the Council and its Committee(s).
Hill‑Powell Award -- This award is presented annually to the female student contributing the most to the administration of Athletics and Recreation programs in the Faculty of Physical Education and Health during the current year.
McCutcheon Award -- This award is presented annually to the male student contributing the administration of Athletics and Recreation programs in the Faculty of Physical Education and Health during the current year.
