Transcripts

The transcript of a student's academic record reports courses that are currently in progress and the standing in all courses attempted along with course averages, information about the student's academic status and the completion of degree requirements.  Individual courses that a student cancels within the normal time limit are not shown.  Calculated sessional, annual and cumulative GPAs are also reported on the transcript. 

Official transcripts are ordered online using the ROSI system.   There is a $10 fee charged per transcript.  If any of your registrations at the University of Toronto occurred before 1978 you should order your transcript using a Transcript Form. Transcript Centre Holiday Closure

The University of Toronto Transcript Centre will be closed from 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 19, 2008 to 8:45 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2009.

PLEASE NOTE: Any transcript requests submitted AFTER 3:00 p.m. on December 19th will be held until the Transcript Centre re-opens on January 5th.
