Register for Courses on ROSI

The On-line Repository of Student Information (ROSI) is where all course registration takes place. You can access ROSI by clicking here.

Logging In

To log in to the ROSI system you will need your U of T student number (refer to your offer of admission letter) and a  PIN number. When you first log in to ROSI use your birthdate (YYMMDD) as the PIN. For example a birthdate of June 29th, 1990 = 900629. After your first successful log in the ROSI system will ask you to change your PIN to a new six digit number of your choosing. Ensure you set up challenge questions in case you ever need to reset your pin in the future.

Timetabling Advice

Ensure you prioritize required academic and activity courses listed in the BPHE or BPHE/CTEP program of study. It is best to register early to get the best selection of tutorial sections and elective courses. You are advised to never schedule a deliberate course conflict as special consideration will not be given to you should you run into difficulties encountered due to missed lectures and/or conflicting mandatory classroom activities such as labs, tests or exams. ROSI will warn you if you have added a conflict.

Choosing Electives

Plan & prioritize your elective Arts & Science choices in advance and ensure you give yourself many alternate elective options should the one you want be full/unavailable.

First year students in the CTEP program are advised to take a first year Arts & Science elective that will help them obtain one of the credits required for their desired second teaching subject. The most commonly pursued second teaching subjects include: English, Family Studies, French, Geography, History, Individual and Society, Mathematics, Biology, General Science.
