Graduation
Students in the final year of their program are encouraged to make an appointment with Tim Linden in the fall term to ensure that all degree requirements have been met. Students should regularly review their academic records and make sure that they have fulfilled all the published degree requirements. Misunderstanding, or advice received from another student, will not be accepted as petitionable grounds for special consideration from any regulation, deadline, program, or degree requirement.

The graduation list for June 2008 convocation is now available. Students intending on graduating in June 2008 should review the list to view their degree completion status.

Convocation Tickets
All graduating BPHE and EXS students are entitled to two tickets for their guests to attend the convocation ceremony. The Office of Convocation has also provided us with some extra tickets so there are enough for students to receive at least one extra if requested. To reserve your two tickets please email Darryl McSherry at darryl.mcsherry@utoronto.ca and also indicate if you would like to request extra tickets and how many extras you would prefer. The deadline to reserve tickets is Thursday May 22, 2008.
Ticket Pick Up
The ticket pick up period is Monday May 26th to Thursday June 5th in the FPEH Main Membership Services Office. Main office hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday. You must show Photo ID to receive your tickets. You cannot pick up tickets for a third party. If you cannot pick up your tickets during the regular period please email Darryl McSherry to make alternate arrangements: darryl.mcsherry@utoronto.ca
Extra Convocation Tickets
After the pick up period, if there are any unclaimed tickets they will be available on a first come first served basis in the FPEH Registrar's Office starting Friday June 6th at 9:30 a.m.
Graduation Reception
Following the convocation ceremony, the Faculty of Physical Education and Health will host a reception in honour of the Class of 2008. This event will take immediately following convocation at 4:30 p.m. on Friday June 6th, 2008 in Wetmore Hall, New College. If you are going to attend the reception please RSVP by May 26th.
