Drop-in programs
Drop-in activities are FREE to members and do not require registration All U of T students are automatically members at the Athletic Centre and Varsity Centre. Your Athletic Centre membership includes the following services/drop-in programs:- Drop-in Classic Fitness and Conditioning classes
- Recreational swimming
- Weight training in the Strength and Conditioning Centre
- Access to the 200m indoor track (at the Athletic Centre) for jogging, walking, running and wheelchair use
- Access to the the state-of-the-art, 400-metre, 8-lane track (at Varsity Centre) for jogging, walking, running and wheelchair use
- Pick-up soccer on our world-class field
- Recreational basketball, volleyball and indoor soccer at the Athletic Centre
- Recreational skating and pick-up hockey at the Varsity Arena (Not available during spring and summer sessions)
- Court reservations for badminton, squash, table tennis and tennis
- Intramural sport leagues (Fall/Winter – U of T Staff/Faculty, Alumni only. Summer – All membership types)
- Intercollegiate events (U of T students)
- Drop-in family programs
- Access to a variety of cardio machines located in the Field House
- Educational lectures and seminars
- Steam rooms
