November 6 Last date for deletion of academic courses with F section codes  from academic record and academic grade point average (GPA)
Last date to confirm intention to graduate at Spring Convocation
November 30   Last date for special students to apply for winter 2006 admission (spaces permitting)
December 9 Academic and activity classes end
Last date to confirm intention to graduate in June 2006
December 12 - 21 Examination period for academic courses
December 22 - January 3 University closed

Winter Term 2006

January 9 Academic and activity classes begin
January 22 Last date to enrol in S section code academic courses
January TBA Deferred examinations from December 6 & 7, 2005
January TBA ODP302H Outdoor Project
February 19 Last date for deletion of  Y academic courses from academic record and academic grade point average.
February 20 - 24 Reading Week - no classes
March 10 Last date for petitions which pertain to June 2006 graduation
March 12  Last date for deletion of S section code academic courses from academic record and academic grade point average
April 13  Academic and activity classes end
April 14 Good Friday - University closed
April 18 - May 12 Examination period for PHE academic courses
April 24 - May 12 Examination period for A&S academic courses
May TBA ODP301H Outdoor Project
May TBA Deferred Examinations from  April/May 2006
May 22 Victoria Day - University closed
June TBA  B.P.H.E. Graduation
Notes:
  1. Failure to pay the minimum payment or deferral of fees will result in cancellation of enrollment in all courses.
  2. Required - These Outdoor Projects will be scheduled on the Mon.-Thurs. preceding Labour Day weekend in upcoming years.
  3. Choice of one of ODP300H or ODP301H or ODP302H required for third year students.
  4. After this date, the late fee will be enforced.
  5. After this deadline a mark is recorded for each course, whether course work is completed or not (“0” is assigned for components of course work not submitted) and calculated into the academic GPA.
  6. These dates are to be held open. Special arrangements will not be made for those students wishing to travel or to undertake employment that conflicts with the examination schedule.
  7. Deferred exams from December finals will be scheduled during the last two weeks of January. 
    Deferred exams from April/May finals will be scheduled during the last two weeks of May
